Solo Retreat
Flexible Dates
Our Solo Retreat experience is a screen-free immersion into rainforest stillness — where you wake to the sound of birds and spend your days moving slowly through jungle, ritual, and meaningful connection.
With just 16 guests, this intimate experience blends yoga, waterfall ceremonies, blindfolded sensory dinners, beach excursions, sound healing, and spacious time to simply breathe. Everything is thoughtfully held and fully inclusive, so you can soften, unplug, and remember what it feels like to be fully present — in your body, in nature, and with one another.

“What a healing experience. The week is augmented by kind and beautiful people who are serious about healing and wholeness. This is perhaps as important as the land itself, which is a healing presence unlike anything I’ve ever experienced elsewhere.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most guests resonate with feeling deeply burnt out, overwhelmed, and craving restful time and quiet space to feel and connect within. Many are high-performing professionals or creatives who need a true break from the noise that constantly overstimulates their system, and pulls them away from any sense of consistent peace.
-
There’s no rigid schedule pulling you from place to place. Your days are designed to unfold slowly and atuned to natural rhythms — morning light, jungle sounds, a walk to the waterfall, nourishing meals, time to read, rest, or explore. Your curated activities are minimal, taking a few hours each day at most, allowing ample to enjoy quiet and stillness.
-
This is one of the biggest fears, and it tends to disappear quickly. Between the rhythm of nature, the movement of light, and the relief of an overstimulated systems that’s craving stillness, most guests say their mind finally quiets instead of searching for stimulation.
-
Yes, this is a core part of the experience. In order to relax fully and connect to the ease your body needs, a strong sense of safety is essential. Guests in this space consistently describe feeling both completely alone and fully supported. Clear guidance, responsive communication, emergency support plans and a thoughtfully designed environment create a sense of ease from the moment you arrive.
-
It’s deeply immersed in nature, with no neighbors, no noise, just jungle, waterfalls trails, and open space. That remoteness is what allows the experience to work… but you’re fully guided on how to arrive, what to expect, and how to settle in comfortably. You will have daily interactions, and can add further check-ins if you desire.
-
Most people haven’t. That’s exactly why it matters. You don’t need to have any previous experience with meditation, retreats, or unplugging. You simply need the willingness to step away from the noise and see what happens.
-
Simple, comfortable essentials and anything that helps you slow down. Most guests bring books, journals, art or music supplies or other creative hobbies. A solo digital detox stay does require some forethought so your experience is seamless while unplugging. We’ll provide a thorough packing list, and the essentials that you’ll need here.
-
The experience is designed as a minimum 5-night stay for a reason. It takes time to unwind, to stop reaching for your phone, and to let your nervous system fully settle into a slower rhythm.
We recommend 5 nights as the minimum stay, and invite you to add additional nights to your reset.
