  • Today we’ll explore a thriving local farmers market with lots of local specialties, beautiful artisan creations and more. This is an intentional bridge to begin exploring how we can show up differently in the bustling world, while holding the calm regulation we’ve cultivated throughout the week. We’ll also enjoy several hours to soak up the sun, sand. sea at a gorgeous and pristine local beach.

Following our final dinner together this evening, we’ll gather around the fire circle to thoughtfully close our experience as a group.

Absolutely incredible space and setting. The waterfalls were so beautiful and peaceful and we had them to ourselves. The home feels super wild and remote. An absolutely epic part of our honeymoon, we would come back in a heartbeat.” Amy Laura

Frequently Asked Questions

  • These retreats typically draw high-achieving people who feel the weight of constant stimulation and are ready for a real reset. Most guests are thoughtful, self-aware, and navigating deep layers of burnout or disconnection from themselves or others.

You’ll be surrounded by individuals who are open, curious, and ready to slow down.

  • Phones are set aside for the duration of the retreat to create a clean break from the constant input most people live with. That shift is what allows your mind to settle and your attention to return to the present.

Guests often notice how quickly their awareness changes — conversations deepen, time slows down, and there’s a sense of relief that comes from not being reachable or distracted.

  • Some initial discomfort is completely normal. The environment, the pace, and the support throughout the week are designed to help you move through that transition gently.

Within a short time, most guests feel more grounded, more at ease, and more settled than they have in a long while. The absence of constant input becomes something the body recognizes as safe.

  • The retreat is intentionally small, with a maximum of 16 guests. This keeps the experience intimate while still allowing for a diversity of perspectives and connections.

The dynamic tends to be relaxed and natural. There’s a shared understanding among the group that everyone is there for something meaningful, which creates a sense of camaraderie early on.

  • Everything offered throughout the week is optional. The structure is there to support you, not to direct you.

Some guests may engage in most of the sessions, while others take more time for themselves. There’s opportunity for both. You’ll be able to follow your own rhythm, whether that means joining every group experience or spending more time alone in nature.

  • The physical side of the experience is accessible and moderate. Activities include things like walking short jungle trails and light movement practices such as yoga.

The experience is designed to feel easeful on your nervous system. No zip-lining or other high adrenaline adventures!

The well-maintained trails to waterfalls are typically short (15-20 minutes each way), and they are either predominantly uphill or downhill depending on the direction. In order to visit the waterfalls, you will want to feel comfortable hiking up/down stairs for 15-20 minutes… at whatever pace feels easeful for you.

  • The retreat center is located within the Diamante Valley in Costa Rica’s Southern Zone — a lush, mountainous region surrounded by rainforest, rivers, and waterfalls.

Well-appointed glamping-style accommodations are designed to feel both comfortable and immersed in nature. Expect high-quality beds & linens, air conditioners, open-air elements, and views into the surrounding forest.

The facilities are expansive, providing many spaces to enjoy throughout your free time including private trails, multiple open-air shalas with comfortable lounging furniture, and more.

  • By the end of the week, you will likely notice a shift that’s hard to create in everyday life. There’s more mental quiet, more presence, and a stronger sense of connection, both internally and with others.

Many leave with clearer thinking, deeper sleep, and a feeling of having stepped out of the constant urgency that normally drives their days. It’s less about a temporary escape and more about remembering a different way of being, one that tends to stay with you long after you leave.
