What Does a Fully Supported Digital Detox Actually Mean?

Unplugging can be simpler than you think.
We’ve thought through all the details so you don’t have to.

Before your Reset

With provided materials and a pre-trip call, we'll help you prepare to be offline, pack, choose activities, and answer all the little questions.

During your Reset

A fully supported experience with curated activities, delicious meals, expansive trails to explore, provided transportation when necessary, and and plenty of unstructured time to rest, explore, or simply see where the day takes you.

After your Reset

We’ll help you reconnect intentionally, check in after you return home, and provide ongoing support for bringing what you discovered back into everyday life.

Before Your Reset

Our aim is to ease you into unplugging with as little friction as possible.

  • Pre-Trip Preparation

From the moment you book, we’ll help you prepare for your Reset with detailed pre-trip materials and a personal preparation call.

We’ll go over your questions, provide ideas for your free time, and talk through the habits and moments that might challenge you the most. We’ll also talk through how you can be contacted if anything truly urgent arises while you’re away.

  • Packing

What you bring for a digital detox looks a little different from a regular vacation. We’ll provide a complete packing list, including a few things you might not normally think to bring, like an analog way to tell time, a separate camera, and screen-free ways to fill your quieter moments.

We’ll also stock the accommodations with analog hobbies and entertainment, accommodating your personal requests when possible (for Solo & Couples Resets).

  • Arriving

You will be met at the airport by a driver holding a sign with your name on it, and taken directly to your accommodation. The drive takes approximately four hours, winding from the city into increasingly lush landscapes as you make your way toward the Diamante Valley.

Think of the journey as your first transition out of the pace and stimulation of life back home and into the slower rhythm of the week ahead.

During Your Reset

From what to do with your phone to what to do with your spacious days, we’ve got you covered.

What Happens to My Phone?

The point is not to make you unreachable.
It's to free you from having to check.

But… What Will I Actually Do All Day?

Less schedule. More space.

We're intentionally not replacing digital overstimulation with retreat overstimulation.

  • Morning

Wake naturally as soft morning light pours in. Enjoy a morning ritual and slowly acclimate to the day.

Perhaps move your body a little. A morning walk, a simple yoga routine, or a swim in the refreshing waters nearby.

Some mornings may include a planned activity. Before you know it, it’s midday and time to enjoy a delicious lunch.

  • Afternoon

Afternoons might bring a waterfall visit, art or music workshop, cooking class, or another curated experience.

Or they might bring absolutely nothing.

Nap. Read. Draw. Follow a trail. Swim beneath a waterfall. Sit somewhere beautiful longer than you normally would. The space is yours to fill, or not fill.

  • Evening

As daylight fades, find a viewpoint and watch the valley change color.

Linger over dinner without a screen beside you. Some evenings may include a gentle sound or sensory experience; others simply invite you to settle into the natural quiet and let yourself get sleepy.

What it Feels Like

To be honest, a little weird initially.

AT FIRST…

You may reach for a phone that isn't there. Wonder what's happening ‘out there’. Feel restless. That’s all normal.

THEN…

Time starts feeling different. You notice more. And in this newfound stillness and spaciousness, something else begins to emerge.

AND EVENTUALLY…

You’ll find yourself more present, more curious, more creative. Your own thoughts become easier to hear without so much extra noise.

You don't have to be a “retreat person”

You don't have to meditate.
You don't have to journal.
You don't have to be spiritual.
You don't have to attend everything.
You don't have to be good at slowing down.
You don't have to arrive calm.

You just have to be willing to put your phone down and see what happens.

And if I get bored?

You probably will, at some point. We’ve left room for that on purpose.
Boredom is often what appears in the space between constant stimulation and genuine presence. Give it a little time. You may be surprised by what shows up once you stop immediately filling it.

After Your Reset

Going home means returning to notifications, responsibilities and real life. We help you carry some of what you found back with you.

  • Plugging In

We'll help you think intentionally about what you actually want to invite back in. Not every notification, habit or digital demand has to return.

  • Post-Trip Call

A few weeks after you return, we'll check in personally to see how you're doing and what's been easy, or surprisingly difficult, to hold onto.

  • Community

Access to our private community of Unpluggers, offering support to help you maintain a healthier relationship with technology long after your trip ends.

  • Keep Practicing

Receive ongoing tools, resources and simple ideas so you can keep the balance alive. Remember: it’s an ongoing practice, not a one-and-done solution.

The goal was never to stay permanently unplugged.

It's to return with more balance, and more choice.

But What About…?
